By accessing our website, booking facilities, purchasing memberships, or placing orders through our QR code ordering system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or consume alcohol through our venue or QR ordering system.

By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 or over.
  • You are not purchasing alcohol on behalf of a person under 18.
  • You will provide valid identification if requested.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to request identification before serving alcohol.

3. Memberships

3.1 Membership Applications

Membership applications are subject to approval by Cue Sports Academy Ltd.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership where:

  • False information is provided.
  • Venue rules are breached.
  • Behaviour is abusive, disruptive, illegal, or unsafe.

3.2 Membership Fees

Membership fees are displayed on our website and may be amended from time to time.

Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable.

3.3 Membership Cancellation

Where applicable, memberships purchased online may be subject to consumer cancellation rights under UK law unless the membership has been fully used or activated immediately with your consent.

Any refund policy specific to memberships will be displayed at the point of purchase.

4. Table Bookings

4.1 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are not confirmed until payment (where required) has been successfully processed and a confirmation email or booking reference has been issued.

4.2 Arrival Times

Booked tables may be released if customers fail to arrive within 15 minutes of the booked time unless prior arrangements have been made.

4.3 Venue Closure or Event Changes

We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or relocate bookings due to:

  • Maintenance issues
  • Private events
  • Safety concerns
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where appropriate, refunds or alternative booking arrangements will be offered.

5. Deposits and Refunds

Deposits may be required for certain bookings, tournaments, parties, or events.

Refunds for cancellations will be subject to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking may qualify for a refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. QR Code Ordering and Payments

Customers may place orders through our QR code ordering system while within the venue.

By submitting an order:

  • You confirm all details are accurate.
  • You authorise payment using your selected payment method.
  • You understand orders begin processing immediately.

7. Alcohol Sales

All alcohol sales are subject to our premises licence.

We reserve the right to refuse service where:

  • Age verification cannot be completed.
  • A customer appears intoxicated.
  • Service would breach licensing laws.
  • We believe the purchase is intended for an underage person.

No refund will be provided where alcohol service is lawfully refused for licensing reasons.

8. Food and Drink Orders

Please notify staff before ordering if you have allergies or dietary requirements.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any food is completely free from allergens.

9. Promotions and Offers

Promotions, discounts, vouchers, competitions, and loyalty schemes:

  • Are subject to availability.
  • Cannot usually be combined unless expressly stated.
  • May be withdrawn or amended at any time.

10. Customer Conduct

Customers must:
